Microwaves used in a microwave oven are applied to dry a variety of foods. Taiyo Kagaku carries out a wide range of dry processed food manufacturing using these microwaves. We can manufacture large volumes with stable product quality using our world-leading continuous microwave dryer for food. Taiyo Kagaku is engaged in new technology development, from replicas of eggs for scrambled eggs and egg drop flakes commonly used in instant noodle and instant soup, as well as granular-shaped products such as colorful strawberry and matcha products that serve as toppings for sweets. In recent years we even launched dried products with high oil and fat content. These ingredients are not simple ingredients for color, but also hold the potential to produce extra value.
